Price and Payment

VAT is included in all prices.

You can pay using a debit card or credit card. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Diners 

 

Once you place your order and until your order is dispatched, the amount will be reserved for Real Coffee. We will not charge your card until we dispatch your order.

Real Coffee has no access to your card information. Once your order has been placed, your card information is encrypted and sent through wannafind shop host. Wannafind is approved by PCI DSS (The PCI Security Standards Council).

 

Minimum age.

Real Coffee does not do business with any person under the age of 18 years. 

 

Privacy policy.

In order for us to dispatch your order, you will have to give information such as name, address, and e-mail. This information will be kept in our system for 5 years.  

However, your information will never be passed on or sold to a third party. It will only exist in Real Coffee´s database and will be handled with confidentiality.

At any time you can ask to have your information deleted and get taken off the mailing – list.

All personal information is protected by your personal password. 

 

Delivery and shipping

Free delivery on all orders over AED 150.

For orders less than AED 150, an AED 25 delivery charge will be applied.

All packages are sent by direct courier delivery.

All orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched the same day.

You can expect to receive your package within 3-4 working days.

Our couriers do not deliver on Fridays and holidays. 

 

Discount codes and delivery charges

Please be advised that if your order qualifies for free delivery (over AED 150) and you use a discount code that reduces the total amount to less than AED 150, you will be charged an AED 25 delivery fee. 

 

Returns and guarantee: 100% satisfaction or your money back.

We hope that you will be happy with your Real Coffee capsules. However, should you have any regrets, please feel free to contact us by e-mail: service@realcoffee.ae, and let us find a solution that suits you together. We are always happy to assist. 

 

If you wish to return your coffee capsules, you are welcome to do so within 30 days. Please be advised, that we do not refund boxes where the seal has been broken.

 

Should your regret be due to a manufacturing defect, such as problems with the capsules functionality, Real Coffee will cover all expenses including return shipment.
